KHARKIV OBLAST, UKRAINE, Apr 11 — The Russian troops shelled more than 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast over the past day. They injured four people and killed three, said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

In particular, on April 10, at 1:50 p.m., the Russian military dropped guided bombs on Lyptsi, Kharkiv district, killing a 14-year-old girl and two women, 59 and 42, and injuring a 17-year-old boy and a 38-year-old woman. A shop and a bus were damaged in the attack.

In addition, at 2:00 p.m., the Russian army shelled the healthcare institution in Vovchansk with KABs [a 500-kilogram general-purpose aerial bomb with a high-explosive warhead developed in the Soviet Union — ed.], injuring a 55-year-old hospital guard. Three private houses, a hospital building, and a health center were damaged due to the Russian shelling. 

At 12:00 p.m., they also shelled Vovchansk with a drone, injuring a 53-year-old civilian man and damaging a bus.

In addition, the Russian shelling of the villages of Ivashky, Mala Danylivka, and Nechvolodivka damaged private houses and a dormitory. Two residential buildings were also damaged in Kruhliakivka.

In total, the Russian army fired mortars and artillery at more than 120 settlements in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts.
