KHARKIV, UKRAINE, Feb 7 — At around 6 a.m. on February 7 four explosions occurred in the city, said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
The Russian missile hit the Slobidskyi district, damaging the infrastructure. There is information that the Russian army used S-300 missiles.
At 06:46 a.m., the Air Forces informed about the launch of Kh-22 missiles at Kharkiv. At about 06:50 a.m., there was another explosion in the city.
Rescuers and police assisted three people injured in the morning attack on the city on February 7, said Volodymyr Tymoshko, head of Kharkiv police.

The Russian shelling on February 7 left eleven nine-story buildings in the city without power, the press service of Kharkivoblenergo [a regional power distribution company in the Kharkiv region, owned by the state — ed.] reported.
Power engineers are inspecting the damage to begin repair work. The missile attack left about 1,000 consumers without power, reported the Ministry of Energy. Power engineers plan to repair the damage within a day.
