UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Apr. 20 — Overnight, Russian forces launched three kamikaze drones on a farm in the Mykolaiv starosta’s area in the Lozova district of Kharkiv oblast. No one got injured among the workers, but the strike killed a lot of chickens and ducks, Serhii Zelenskyy, Lozova mayor, said to Suspilne Kharkiv, Ukrainian public broadcaster.  

Russia has attacked Ukrainian farms over 600 times since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. In 2026, Russian forces struck at least 67 farms in the region, said Anna Hontar, spokeswoman of Kharkiv regional military administration, to Suspilne.

On Feb. 19, Ihor Klymenko, the Minister of Internal Affairs, reported that Russia damaged nearly 1,200 civilian facilities in Kharkiv oblast since the beginning of 2026.
