UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Oct. 19 — In the evening, a Russian Geran-3 drone attacked a central park in the Nova Vodolaha settlement, 27 kilometers (17 miles) south of Kharkiv. The attack killed an infant and two women, the Kharkiv regional Prosecutor’s Office said.

Later, Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the Kharkiv region, said that the number of killed people increased to six, including three children.

Ivan Vyhivskyi, a Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, said that at the time of the Russian attack, there were many people in the park, including families with children. The killed infant was lying in a stroller.

The attack injured at least 15 people, including seven children, Syniehubov said. Debris from the Russian drone also damaged a cafe in the park.

Also, in the afternoon, Russians attacked the territory of a closed enterprise in Chuhuiv, injuring a woman.
