Russian Army Hit Six Settlements in Kharkiv Oblast With Airstrikes

KHARKIV OBLAST, JAN 19 — Russian troops hit Vovchansk, Mykolaivka, Holubivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, and Tabaivka in the Kharkiv Oblast with airstrikes.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff informed about this in a morning report.

In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian troops repelled 18 Russian attacks in Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Tabaivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv Oblast.

In the Slobozhanskyi direction, in the border areas, the Russian military conducts intense sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to more dangerous directions and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod Oblast.

More than 110 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson, and Mykolaiv oblasts came under artillery fire.

Russia continues to conduct active assault operations and intense fire, focusing its efforts on pushing Ukrainian units out of the Kupiansk forest and capturing Synkivka.
