On the evening of December 11, the Russian army shelled Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi. The attack with an aerial bomb damaged a residential apartment. They have probably used a precision-guided bomb, KAB-500. 

Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, reported on this.

Apart from that, around 18:10 on December 11, Russian troops shelled Kupiansk, setting an outbuilding on fire. 

No injuries have been reported during the past day. Overall, Russians shelled over 19 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast.
