KHARKIV OBLAST, JAN 22 — On January 21, the Russian military shelled the Chuhuiv district. Prosecutor started criminal proceedings into violations of the laws and customs of war.

The press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported.

During the day, Russian troops shelled Vovchansk with artillery and airstrikes. Residential buildings, outbuildings, and an enterprise were damaged.

At around 1:00 a.m. on January 21, Russian troops also shelled an educational institution in the village of Symynivka in the Chuhuiv district. The administrative building was destroyed, the prosecutor’s office said.
