UKRAINE, May 8 — Since the beginning of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russian forces have killed over 17,400 civilians, reported Yurii Rud, head of the Department for Combating Crimes Committed During Armed Conflict at the Office of the Prosecutor General, during the conference “United for justice”.

He also added that Russian attacks injured over 43,000 people in Ukraine.

Russians killed over 700 and injured over 2,400 children.

“We know about 306 reports of Ukrainian soldiers who had surrendered to captivity before being executed by Russians on the battlefield,” said Rud.

Rud said that Russian attacks destroyed or damaged over 320,000 civilian infrastructure objects, including 86,000 houses and apartment buildings, over 5,000 educational institutions, over 1,400 medical facilities, over 900 cultural buildings, and over 330 religious buildings.
