KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 4 — On the evening of March 3, the Russian forces hit the village of Velykyi Burluk in the Kupiansk district with airstrikes. 

The Prosecutor’s Office started a criminal investigation into the violation of the laws of war, reported the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

There is information that the Russian military used guided aerial bombs to attack the village. There were no casualties. The attack damaged residential buildings, outbuildings, and a warehouse.

On the evening of March 3, the Russian army shelled the village of Velykyi Burluk, Kupiansk district, twice with KABs [a 500-kilogram general-purpose aerial bomb with a high-explosive warhead developed in the Soviet Union — ed.], reported the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. In total, the Russian military shelled about 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast with artillery and mortars over the past day. 

On February 28, at about 4:50 p.m., Russian troops shelled the village of Velykyi Burluk in the Kharkiv Oblast with guided aerial bombs. They killed two people — a 48-year-old man and a six-year-old girl.
