The 462nd day of Russia’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. The adversary continues to shell Kharkiv Oblast with mortars, artillery, and air strikes.

  • Over the past day, the enemy carried out 64 air and 1 missile attack and fired 88 times from multiple rocket launchers.
  • The probability of further missile and air strikes across Ukraine remains high.
  • The enemy continues to concentrate its main forces on attempts to fully occupy Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Over the past day, the defense forces repelled 22 enemy attacks.

Slobozhanshchyna axis

The adversary made an unsuccessful attempt to get a sabotage and reconnaissance group across the state border of Ukraine near Zelene, Kharkiv region. Russians conducted an air strike near the village of Udy.

Kupiansk axis

In the Kupyansk sector, the Russian army conducted unsuccessful offensives west of Masiutivka in Kharkiv region and launched air strikes near Kotlyarivka.

Kamyanka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zakhidne, Kyslivka, Kotlyarivka, Berestove in Kharkiv region came under artillery and mortar fire.

A total of more than 10 settlements in the region were under fire from the army of the aggressor state.

Kharkiv RMA

The occupants continued terrorizing civilians and shelling civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kupyansk districts of the region. No attacks on Kharkiv city were recorded.

  • The shelling of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district, damaged buildings, caused fires, and injured a 72-year-old man.
  • The enemy struck again at the urban-type settlement of Kivsharivka, Kupyansk district, with two guided aerial bombs. A hit to the ground was recorded. Windows in the building of an educational institution were smashed. There were no large destruction or casualties.
  • A private household was damaged at Bezruky village in Kharkiv district.
  • An apartment was damaged as a result of shelling on Novoosynove village of Kupyansk district.

State Emergency Service in Kharkiv Oblast

Mine clearance works continue in Kharkiv region. Over the past day, pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service have discovered and defused 92 explosives.
