KHARKIV OBLAST, JAN 22 — The vehicles are equipped with everything necessary and are ready to perform tasks.

Volunteers and the Government of Latvia handed over four ambulances from the Kharkiv Oblast to the military. The Kharkiv Regional Military Administration reported.
