UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Jul. 1 — In the afternoon, Russian forces launched seven glide bombs on the Kyivskyi, Osnovianskyi, and Novobovarskyi districts, killing a 15-year-old boy and injuring at least 32 people, said Ihor Terekhov, Kharkiv’s Mayor.

Gwara Media journalists worked at the impact site in the Novobovarskyi district of Kharkiv to document the consequences of the Russian attack.

“I was standing by the window, and when I regained consciousness (after the explosion—ed.), I was already lying down,” said Alla, one of the locals whose house was damaged after the Russian attack.

Alla’s legs were covered in blood. She had been cut by broken glass. At first, a neighbor helped her clean her wounds, and then Alla asked medics for help.

The woman has not yet evaluated the damage to her house — she is still in shock because of the explosion.

The explosion blew out the windows at Natalia’s mother’s house, and the ceiling cracked and crumbled.

Natalia wasn’t at home during the attack. She arrived later. The woman said that her mother was sleeping at the time of the explosion. The windows in that room stayed unbroken, so she only had an acute stress reaction.

“I want Putin to die. I’m ready to tear his throat out,” was all the woman said to journalists.
