KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 22 — During the day, the Russian army hit Milove, Vilkhuvatka, Hryhorivka, Kolodyazne, Mytrofanivka, and Petropavlivka in the Kharkiv region with airstrikes.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces informed about this in a morning report.
The Russian army fired mortars and artillery at more than 120 settlements in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts.
In the Slobozhanskyi direction, in the border areas, the Russian military conducts intense sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to more dangerous directions and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod Oblast.
Ukrainian troops repelled three Russian attacks in the Kupiansk direction near Synkivka and Tabaivka in the Kharkiv region.
Over the past day, there were 64 combat engagements along the entire frontline. In total, the Russian military launched four missiles and 113 airstrikes and fired 105 multiple-launch rocket systems at the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and populated areas.
