UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Aug 13 — Over the past day, Russia attacked three settlements with one Geran and one FPV drone in Kharkiv Oblast. There were no casualties, said Oleh Siniehubov.
Russia continues to attack settlements in the region and Kharkiv itself. Over the past week, the Russian army shelled 41 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast, killing four and injuring 43 civilians, including children.
On August 13, Siniehubov reported about Russian drone attacks on Novomykolaivka village in Kupiansk district and Pidlyman village in Izium district. Russians damaged a storage building and five houses in the settlements.
The General Staff reported about three Russian attacks on Ukrainian positions north of Kharkiv and eight attacks on the Kupiansk axis over the past day.
On August 12, the Kharkiv court satisfied the Prosecutor’s Office’s claim and ordered the contractor to return to the state almost UAH 900,000 ($21,688) that was not spent under the contract for building fortifications in the Kharkiv region before Russian offensive on its north in spring 2024.
