UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Oct 11 — Russians attacked a civilian car for the second time in the village of Kozacha Lopan using an FPV drone. The strike killed a man and injured a woman, Oleksandr Kulik, head of the information department of Derhachi City Council, told Gwara Media.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and air strikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

An FPV drone strike killed a 38-year-old man, and his 56-year-old sister suffered an acute stress reaction.

“A woman and a man were traveling by car, probably on their way out of the village. However, at that very moment, a drone hit their car, destroying it. The man died, and the woman has moderate injuries,” Kulik said.

Viacheslav Zadorenko, head of the Derhachi City Territorial Council, reported that at about 12:06 p.m., Russian troops attacked Kozacha Lopan with an FPV drone, injuring an 86-year-old man.
