UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 20 — On March 19, at around 5:30 p.m., the Russian military shelled Kupiansk with multiple rocket launchers. They wounded a police officer, reported the press service of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
In addition, this Russian shelling damaged residential buildings in the town. Law enforcement officials opened criminal proceedings into violations of the laws and customs of war by the Russian military.
In total, about 20 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast came under artillery and mortar fire from the Russian army, including Hatyshche, Vovchansk, Bochkove, Budarky, Ambarne, Dvorichna, and Synkivka.
In addition, on March 19, the Russian military hit the settlements of Kozacha Lopan, Mokra Rokytna, Vesele, and Izbytske in the Kharkiv Oblast with airstrikes.
Also, on March 20, at 3:45 a.m., the Russian army shelled Kozacha Lopan in the Kharkiv district with guided aerial bombs, injuring a 56-year-old civilian man. Now, he is in the hospital.
This Russian attack damaged a power line and left part of the village without electricity. On March 19, at 8:30 a.m., Russians shelled Kozacha Lopan with a guided aerial bomb, damaging two private houses and households.
Also, on March 19, the Russian troops shelled the village of Mokra Rokytna in the Kharkiv district, damaging an enterprise.
