KHARKIV, UKRAINE, Mar 20 — At around 1:00 p.m., explosions were heard in Kharkiv. Russian army hit the Kholodnohirskyi district of the city with a cruise missile, injuring people, reports Ihor Terekhov, the city mayor. 

Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the region, and Serhii Melnik, the head of the Kharkiv garrison, also share information about the attack in their channels.  

Melnik writes, “The missile hit the building in the Kholodnohirskyi district of the city. People might be trapped under the rubble. The number of victims is currently unknown.” 

Officials noted that the fire spread at the hit site. Rescuers and volunteers are working to localize it and search for the victims under the debris.
