The Russian army shelled houses in Kyivskyi district with cluster munitions. On the eve of the rocket attack, the city center was hit.
On August 28, Russian troops shelled Kharkiv city center, and one person was injured. This was announced by the head of the regional military administration Oleh Syniehubov.
The prosecutor’s office added that the enemy hit the residential area with a rocket salvo system.
The previous evening, the occupiers launched two rocket attacks on the center of Kharkiv. During the past day, they shelled populated areas of Kharkiv Oblast: Chuhuyiv and Bohoduhiv districts.
Judging by the photo, next to the building of Kharkiv Regional State Administration, which was destroyed by the occupiers on March 1, a considerable hollow is now visible.
