KHARKIV OBLAST, UKRAINE, JAN 12 — The Russian military fired artillery and mortars at 12 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

In particular, Russia struck at Vovchansk, Bochkove, Budarky in the Chuhuiv district, Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestove in the Kupiansk district.

As a result of hostilities in the Kharkiv Oblast, 15,934 customers in 65 settlements of the Derhachi, Zolochiv, Lypetsk, Vovchansk, Velykoburlutsk, Kupiansk, Borivsk and Izium communities lost power. The electricity supply is being restored.
