UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 29 — On the afternoon of March 28, the Russian troops dropped a shell from an FPV drone on a primary health care center in Vovchansk, Kharkiv Oblast, killing a 59-year-old man. 

The attack damaged the roof of the building, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

A 60-year-old and a 48-year-old man sustained gunshot and explosive injuries due to another massive Russian shelling of Vovchansk. The attack damaged at least ten private houses and two civilian cars.

Also, over the past day, the Russians fired three times at the Kupiansk district using KABs [a 500-kilogram general-purpose aerial bomb with a high-explosive warhead developed in the Soviet Union — ed.] In Monachynivka, the Russian forces killed a 57-year-old woman and injured a 31-year-old man. 

In Kurylivka, the Russian attack injured two women aged 53 and 55. In Kupiansk, a 42-year-old man and another civilian are in hospital with injuries.

In total, the Russian army fired mortars and artillery at more than 100 settlements in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts.
