UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Dec 4 – At about 11:30 a.m. in Kupiansk, a Russian drone dropped a munition near a minibus with a driver and a passenger in it. A 65-year-old civilian man was injured, Andrii Besedin, head of the Kupiansk City Military Administration, told Gwara Media.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian shelling and airstrikes, often during the full-scale invasion, as Moscow targets civilian and critical infrastructure in the region. 

The man injured by the Russian drone attack received medical aid at the site and refused hospitalization. The attack damaged the car and the road surface. 

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the Russian army hit a funeral service car with a Molniya unmanned aerial vehicle. 

On the night of December 3, a Shahed unmanned aerial vehicle hit the territory of the village of Sivash, Lozova district, damaging a civilian enterprise building.
