Law enforcement showed the consequences of the city shelling. 

On November 30, the Russian army shelled Vovchansk in Kharkiv oblast from artillery. Shelling damaged the residential buildings and shops. Kharkiv’s regional Prosecutor’s office reported on it.

Prosecutors documented the consequences of shelling as a war crime. 

Note. Vovchansk is a town in the Chuhuiv district of Kharkiv oblast, about five kilometers from Russian border. The Russian army occupied the town on February 24, 2022. On September 13, 2022, Ukrainians de-occupied it. Since then, the town has been under continuous Russian shelling. The last time Russians shelled massively Vovchansk was on November 28, damaging an administrative building, grocery store, private garages, residential apartments, and other structures.
