KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 27 — The Russian troops attacked at least 12 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast with artillery and mortars.
No casualties were reported, said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
At about midnight, the Russian forces hit an open area in Derhachi, causing the grass to catch fire. At midnight, Russian shelling damaged an educational institution in the village of Dovzhyk, Bohodukhiv district. They damaged a three-story building.
At 11:20 p.m., the Russian forces shelled Kurylivka in the Kupiansk district, hitting a civilian farm. The attack destroyed a hangar building. At about midnight, a private house in Vovchansk burned down due to shelling.
As reported, the Russian army fired mortars and artillery at more than 120 settlements in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts.
