KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 16 — The Russian military attacked 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast with artillery and mortars, including Kudiyivka, Synkivka, Berestove, Kotlyarivka, etc.
The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram.
At 6:24 a.m., the Russian Federation shelled Katerynivka village in the Kupiansk district, damaging a private house.
At about 8:09 p.m., the Russian army shelled the village of Liptsy in the Kharkiv district with an unidentified munition. The shelling damaged a house. No casualties were reported.
At about 5:40 p.m., the Russian military hit the village of Chorne in the Kupiansk district with two guided missiles. The missile attack killed three people: a 58-year-old woman, a 56-year-old man, and a 17-year-old girl. A 54-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man have severe injuries. A private house caught fire.

At about 11:00 a.m., the Russian Federation attacked Vovchansk and the village of Bilyi Kolodiaz in the Chuhuiv district, hitting a private house. The Russian attack damaged windows, gates, and fences.
