As of September 21, Russian troops that are located near the Ukrainian border in Kharkiv Oblast keep increasing the number of mine barriers.

General Staff reports about this in their morning briefing. 

“In Slobozhanskyi direction, the adversary keeps troops in place to cover the state’s border, creates diversions in the borderlands to prevent our soldiers from relocating to other, more dangerous directions [of the frontline],” says the message. 

The Russian army shelled 90 settlements in Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Luhansk, and Donetsk Oblasts with artillery.
