Russian army drops glide air bomb on Kharkiv, injures 4

KHARKIV, UKRAINE, May 14 — At around 6 a.m., Russians dropped bombs on the Kyivsky district of Kharkiv, injuring four people, said Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Syniehubov.

According to Oleh Syniehubov, Russian glide bombs (UMPB D-30) injured four people: a 52-year-old man and three women aged 66, 56, and 38.

They suffered from an acute stress reaction and received treatment near the impact site. Russians also destroyed three garages and damaged three others. Another Russian bomb hit an open area.

On May 10, Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the Kharkiv region. The border communities came under heavy Russian shelling and air strikes with heavy glide bombs. 

As Oleh Syniehubov reported, in just one day, more than 30 settlements in the Kharkiv region came under Russian artillery and mortar fire.

In particular, on May 13, at about 4:34 p.m., the Russian military attacked a farm in Korotych, Kharkiv district, injuring 29, 30, 39, and 73-year-old men and killing a 38-year-old man, reported Oleh Syniehubov.
