KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 12 — On the night of February 11, Russian troops shelled Liubotyn, the Kharkiv region. The attack damaged private homes, the town’s clinic, a fitness club, and an educational and industrial complex.

No casualties were reported, said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

The Russian army shelled the village of Lyptsi in the Kharkiv district. The attack destroyed a house and damaged a gas pipeline.  

After midnight, the Russians shelled Slobozhanske village in the Kharkiv district with S-300 missiles.

Also, on February 11, Russian troops shelled a private house in Vovchansk. They hit the central part of Borova in the Izium district with an anti-aircraft missile. The Russian missile attack destroyed the building of the House of Culture and damaged the facades of non-residential premises. There is no information on casualties.

In total, 20 settlements came under artillery and mortars over the past day, including Veterynarne, Kozacha Lopan, Strilecha, Hatyshche, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Berestove, and others.
