KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 1 — Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Russian military killed 211 civilians and injured 746 in the Kupiansk district.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Oleksandr Filchakov, reported this on Telegram.
The Russian army damaged more than 2,500 infrastructure facilities, including almost 2,000 residential buildings. They also damaged 85 educational and administrative buildings and 360 private businesses.
On the evening of January 31, the Russian army hit the hospital in the village of Velykyi Burluk in the Kupiansk district with airstrikes. Rescuers evacuated 38 people. The attack injured a 69-year-old woman and a 75-year-old man, they refused hospitalisation. The hit damaged the facade of the medical facility, windows, and roof.

On January 16, the Kharkiv Oblast administration announced a mandatory evacuation of the population from the Kindrashivka and Kurylivka communities of the Kupiansk district because of the dangerous security situation. In two weeks, rescuers evacuated more than 300 people, including 30 children, from these communities.
