UKRAINE, JAN 16 — More than 1,713 children have suffered in Ukraine due to the Russian full-scale invasion.

This was reported by the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine

As of January 16, according to juvenile prosecutors, 520 children were killed and more than 1,193 children received numerous wounds.

Most of the children were affected in the following Oblasts: Donetsk — 504, Kharkiv — 313, Kherson — 145, Kyiv — 130, Dnipro — 111, Zaporizhzhia — 100, Mykolaiv — 101, Chernihiv — 72, Luhansk — 67.

On January 15, two girls aged 12 and 14 were wounded in the village of Dniprovske, in the Mykolaiv Oblast, as a result of Russian shelling.

The numbers of wounded and killed children are not finalized. The work on establishing this data in the areas of hostilities, on the temporarily occupied and liberated territories is ongoing.
