KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 14 — Yesterday, on February 13, at about 11:00 a.m., the Russian military shelled Vovchansk, Kharkiv Oblast, with artillery.
They hit the town at least ten times, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
“In particular, they [Russians] hit the territory of the market, where local civilians were at the time. A 61-year-old woman died as a result of mine injuries, and another 50-year-old woman was injured,” Oleh Syniehubov said.
The Russian troops also hit the village of Kruhle in the Kharkiv Oblast with airstrikes.

In total, over 20 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast came under enemy artillery and mortar fire over the past day: Udy, Alisivka, Kozacha Lopan, Lukianivka, Vovchansk, Veterynarne, Dvorichna, Dvorichna, Ivanivka, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, and others.
