Vita Kovalska, deputy head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, noted that this is not the first time that generators have been donated by American businessman and philanthropist Howard Buffett.
“We are grateful for Howard Buffett’s support and assistance. This equipment will allow us to ensure work at various facilities during emergency power outages caused by armed Russian aggression,” she added.
