KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 11 — In Kharkiv Oblast, eight children and their families evacuated during one day.
In total, 50 children have been evacuated from two communities: 19 from Vilkhuvatka and 31 from Velykyi Burluk, announced the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
According to him, the Russian army attacked about 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast with artillery and mortar fire over the past day: Udy, Strilecha, Starytsia, and others. The Russians hit Velykyi Burluk and Vovchansk with airstrikes.
Oleh Syniehubov said that on March 7, the Kharkiv Regional Defence Council decided to forcefully evacuate children with their parents or guardians in 18 settlements of the Velykyi Burluk and Vilkhuvatka territorial communities.
