UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Dec 27 — Yesterday, December 26, Russian shelling killed two residents of the Kharkiv region and injured four others, said governor Oleh Syniehubov.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian shelling and airstrikes, often during the full-scale invasion, as Moscow targets civilian and critical infrastructure in the region.

The Russians dropped a glide bomb (KAB) on the village of Slatyno in the Derhachi community, killing a 67-year-old man and injuring two men. The shelling also damaged five apartment buildings and two houses.

In the town of Zolochiv, Bohodukhiv district, Russians damaged a farm, the agricultural machinery of the enterprise, and four private households. The attack also injured a man. 

In addition, the Russians dropped a glide bomb on a residential building in Zolochiv. The hit destroyed three houses, damaged nine more, and damaged seven civilian cars. The body of a 60-year-old man who lived in the destroyed house was found at the site. A woman was also injured.

Also, in the village of Prudianka, Kharkiv district, the shelling damaged a house. In Kharkiv, a Russian missile hit the ground, damaging five cars and the windows of a 16-story residential building.
