UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Oct 4 — On October 3, Russian attacks on towns and villages in the Kharkiv region injured eight people, reported Oleh Syniehubov, governor of Kharkiv Oblast.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and air strikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

At 6:00 p.m. in Tokarivka village, Derhachi community, the Russians dropped two grenades from a drone on a motorized tractor, injuring a 62-year-old woman and a 67-year-old man.

In Bohuslavka of the Borova community, the shelling destroyed two houses and damaged the windows and roofs of 10 houses. The Russians also injured two women aged 75 and 73.

In the village of Perovske, Zolochiv community, the Russian shelling injured a 44-year-old man, a 66-year-old woman and a 50-year-old woman. The Russians also damaged a house, outbuildings, and power lines.

In addition, the Russian shelling injured a 31-year-old man in the village of Okhrymivka, Vovchansk community.

On the afternoon of October 3, Russians attacked Kupiansk and damaged a five-story building. The morning shelling damaged the roof of a municipal institution in the town.

In Kivsharivka, a garage and a car caught fire as a result of the shelling. Also, a forest in an area of 800 m2 was burning in the community.
