UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, July 16 — The Russian shelling of the village of Kindrashivka, Kupiansk district, injured a 52-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman, reported Oleh Syniehubov, Kharkiv Oblast Governor.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and airstrikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

Syniehubov reported that the Russians also dropped glide bombs (KABs) on Kindrashivka, damaging six houses.

Russians also shelled Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, Kupiansk district, which caused an outbuilding and nine houses to catch fire. In the aftermath of shelling, grass in Berezove and forest in Kupiansk burned, too. 

Syniehubov added that Russians dropped a glide bomb (UMPB D-30) on the village of Bilyi Kolodiaz, Chuhuiv district, causing the structural elements of two outbuildings to catch fire and damaging six residential buildings.

In Ruski Tyshky, Kharkiv district, Russian attacks caused a house and two outbuildings to catch fire.

On the night of July 16, Russian troops shelled the village of Lypchanivka, Izium district, damaging a farm and burning a warehouse building.
