KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 27 — Ukrainian troops repelled two Russian attacks in the Kupiansk direction near Ivanivka and Tabaivka and another 20 attacks near Synkivka in the Kharkiv Oblast.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces informed about this in a morning report.
During the day, the Russian military hit Velykyi Burluk, Fedorivka, and Synkivka in the Kharkiv Oblast with airstrikes.
In the Slobozhanskyi direction, in the border areas, the Russian military conducts intense sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to more dangerous directions and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod Oblast.
The Russian army fired mortars and artillery at more than 120 settlements in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts.
Over the past day, there were 96 combat engagements along the entire frontline. In total, the Russian military launched six missiles and 92 airstrikes and fired 110 multiple-launch rocket systems at the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and populated areas.
