One of the main goals of the Russian full-scale war is to capture the remainder of occupied Luhansk and Donetsk Oblast; their operations on the Kupiansk-Svatove-Kreminna line are dedicated to that. From this section of the frontline, they also aim to push into Kharkiv Oblast and re-occupy Kupiansk and Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, important logistics hubs for the region.
In the Kharkiv direction, the Russians attacked six times in the areas of Starytsia and Vovchansk. They also conducted an airstrike near Zolochiv.
In total, the Russian military launched four missile strikes (seven missiles) and 72 airstrikes, including 122 glide bombs (KABs) and 1,508 kamikaze drone strikes at the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas. They also fired 4,420 times at the Ukrainian military positions and settlements, including 117 times with multiple launch rocket systems.
