I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in journalism and media management. I am the editor and publisher of Gwara Media, an independent regional media outlet based in Kharkiv that operates at the intersection of local journalism, investigations, fact-checking, and frontline reporting. I oversee editorial strategy, product development, international partnerships, and the implementation of digital tools, including newsroom automation and monitoring systems. I have worked with international foundations, research institutions, and media organizations across Europe and beyond. I hold a PhD in Management and Communications from Kharkiv National University of Economics named after Semen Kuznets and the University of Gothenburg. I have participated in international academic and research projects in cooperation with Copenhagen Business School, Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, and other European universities.
