Around 14:46 on October 18, there was an explosion in Kharkiv. The air raid alert was announced right after that. 

According to the Regional Center of Emergency Medical Care specialists, a 67-year-old civil woman got injured. She’s hospitalized with shrapnel wounds. The head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, informed about this in his Telegram channel. 

Preliminary reports say that a Russian missile hit the city’s Industrial district. After the explosion, there have been electricity disruptions in Kharkiv, reported the mayor Ihor Terehov. He noted that utility workers have already started stabilizing the power network.
