KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 26 — Ukrainian troops repelled six Russian attacks in the Kupiansk direction near Synkivka and Tabaivka in the Kharkiv Oblast.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces informed about this in a morning report.
In the Slobozhanskyi direction, in the border areas, the Russian military conducts intense sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to more dangerous directions and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod Oblast.
The Russian army fired mortars and artillery at more than 110 settlements in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts.
Over the past day, there were 95 combat engagements along the entire frontline. In total, the Russian military launched 11 missiles and 98 airstrikes and fired 129 multiple-launch rocket systems at the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and populated areas.
