UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Nov. 27 — Geolocated footage in the assessment of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) indicated that Ukrainian forces recently advanced in central Bohuslavka (north of Borova).

ISW noted that earlier Russian sources claimed their presence in this area.

The Borova community is located in the eastern Kharkiv oblast, on the Oskil river. Russians constantly launch airstrikes at the settlements in the community.

Oleksandr Tertyshnyi, the head of the Borova community, said that Russians intensified their attacks on villages on the right bank of the Oskil river, in Pidvysoke and Horokhovatka startosta’s districts.

Local authorities will consider a decision on mandatory evacuation because there are 21 children in the Borova community.

ISW also reported on Russian advances in the central Kupiansk.
