KHARKIV OBLAST, JAN 18 — In the morning, Russians attacked Kupiansk in the Kharkiv Oblast. A 57-year-old woman died as a result of the shelling. Two men, aged 57 and 61, were wounded.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

The Russian army hit an apartment building. The special services are currently inspecting the sites of the attacks.

Over the past day, the Russian army fired mortars at more than 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast. In particular: Okip in the Bohodukhiv district; Kozacha Lopan in the Kharkiv region; Hatyshche, Pletenivka in the Chuhuiv district; Synkivka, Ivanivka, Berestove in the Kupiansk district.

Also, on January 17, at around 10:30 p.m., the Russian military attacked Chuhuiv twice. One woman was killed. The type of weapon is being established. A munition hit the building of an educational institution.
