UKRAINE, Oct 1 — September 2024 was the first month with daily Russian attacks with Shahed 131/136 attack drones. Every day, Russian troops launched an average of 44 drones, reported ArmyInform, citing the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In September, the Russian army launched a total of 1,339 Shahed attack drones in Ukraine. The Air Force shot down 1,107 drones, and another part was destroyed by electronic warfare.
On average, the Russians launched 44 drones a day. Russians launched the most strike drones on September 14. There were 72 of them that day.
On September 29, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that over the past week, the Russian army attacked Ukraine 1,240 times. The Russians have used nearly 900 aerial bombs, more than 300 Shahed drones, and more than 40 missiles.
