KHARKIV, UKRAINE, JAN 10 — At night on January 9, the Russian army fired two rockets at a children’s recreation camp on the outskirts of the city, according to the mayor, Ihor Terekhov.
Several buildings in the camp were damaged. There were no casualties.
“No casualties. The camp is empty. I emphasize this is a completely civilian facility. So our adversary has once again confirmed that he is a pure terrorist,” the official wrote.
At about 11:02 p.m., the first explosion occurred in Kharkiv, and a few minutes later there was a second. According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the Russian occupiers hit the city with S-300 from the Belgorod Oblast.

The last time the Russian military struck Kharkiv was in the evening of January 7 and in the morning of January 8.
