UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, June 10 — At night, Russian troops launched a drone strike on the village of Petrovske in the Zolochiv community in the Kharkiv region, damaging a house and its annex, reported Viktor Kovalenko, head of the Zolochiv village military administration.
“The strike caused a power outage. No one was injured or killed,’ Kovalenko wrote.
Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast, especially border settlements, came under massive Russian artillery shelling and airstrikes since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions on May 10.
In addition, at night, Russians fired mortars at the village of Ivashky in the Zolochiv community, damaging two houses, outbuildings, and power lines. There were no casualties or injuries.
Earlier, Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Syniehubov reported that, at night, Russian troops attacked the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi in the Kharkiv region, injuring a resident.
In the Chuhuiv district, the Russian army dropped a guided bomb (KAB) on the territory of a private enterprise in the village of Bilyi Kolodiaz, damaging the elevator. They also shelled a private enterprise in Zolochiv, causing a car to catch fire.
