UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Oct 14 — In September, the Russian aggression in Ukraine killed more than 200 people and injured over 1,200, reported the United Nations.

Russia’s full-scale war in Ukraine has caused widespread death and destruction. Russian forces have attacked both military and civilian targets, leading to thousands of casualties.

In September, Russian attacks in Ukraine killed at least 208 civilians and injured 1,220. Among them are children, including nine killed and 76 injured. In particular, 46% of those killed were over 60 years old.

The UN reports that at least 30 attacks have damaged or destroyed 25 energy infrastructure facilities on the territory controlled by Ukraine and another five on the territory occupied by Russia.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war, according to the UN, the Russian military killed 11,951 people in Ukraine and injured 25,834 others.
