UKRAINE, Jul 7 — In the morning, Russia hit Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia with presumably Shahed drones, targeting, among other things, draft offices in the cities, reported the Ground Forces of Ukraine.

As of 1:13 p.m., authorities report at least three injured in Kharkiv and one injured person in Zaporizhzhia, but these numbers may rise.

Within the attack against Kharkiv, Russia hit three more residential locations in the Kholodnohirskyi district, injuring at least 16 people.

These Russian attacks continue their latest strategy of targeting draft offices all over Ukraine: on July 3, Moscow launched drones at the draft office in Poltava, killing two people and injuring another 47.

Ground Forces spokesperson Vitalii Sarantsev said that the main goal of these attacks is Russia deliberately trying to disrupt Ukraine’s mobilization efforts. “They are afraid of the flow of new troops into our army,” Sarantsev said to RBK-Ukraine on June 6.
