UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Aug 20 — Over the past day, Russian forces attacked six settlements in the region, injuring two civilians, reported Oleh Syneihubov, the governor of Kharkiv region.
According to the governor, Russians launched a guided aerial bomb, a Geran drone, two Lancet, and two FPV drones at Kharkiv Oblast.
At 8:30 a.m., Russian troops attacked a civilian car near Zolochiv, killing a 70-year-old man and a 71-year-old woman, said Viktor Kovalenko, the head of the Zolochiv community, to Gwara Media.
In Kupiansk, Russian attacks injured a 43-year-old and a 57-year-old man, who were emergency medical personnel, and damaged an ambulance. In the Kupiansk district, they also damaged two houses and a farm.
Russian forcesʼ air attacks damaged a house in the Kharkiv district and electricity networks in the Bohodukhiv district.
At 10:20 a.m., Russian troops launched at least four rocket shells at Prudianka and Slatyne settlements, damaging a house. There were no casualties, said Viacheslav Zadorenko, head of Derhachi military administration.
Earlier, Zadorenko noted that Russian forces attacked power infrastructure in the Derhachi community. The attack left more than 1,000 people without electricity.
