KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 19 — The Russian shelling damaged two buildings of non-operational educational facilities, a two-story apartment building, a private house, and a medical facility in Borova, Izium district.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram.
He noted that the Russian military attacked Borova at about 11:00 a.m. on February 18. No casualties were reported.
Also yesterday, the Russian army shelled the village of Vilshana in the Kupiansk district, however, there is no information on the damage.

The Russian army fired artillery and mortars at five settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast: Kozacha Lopan, Lukianivka, Hatyshche, and Mykolaivka. They also hit Vilkhuvatka, Borova, and Petropavlivka with airstrikes. The Russian army did not shell Kharkiv during the day.
