UKRAINE, July 15 — As of today, the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine has killed 561 children and injured 1,462 others, reported the Office of the Prosecutor General.

The Kharkiv Oblast  is the second among Ukrainian regions in terms of the number of children affected by the war. The Russian army affected 406 children in the region. In the Donetsk region, the war affected 564 children,  155 in Kherson region, 158 in Dnipropetrovsk region, 131 in the Kyiv region, and 121 children in Zaporizhzhia region.

On July 13, the Russian shelling of Budy village, Kharkiv region, injured a nine-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl.

On the morning of July 8, Russia launched a missile attack on Kyiv, hitting Ukraine’s largest children’s hospital, Okhmatdyt. The strike killed two and injured 32 people, including eight children, reported Kyiv City Military Administration.
